Instructions

Thank you for visiting our silent auction site!  Please read our instructions before bidding.

• A complete list of items is in the right side bar under BLOG ARCHIVE.  You can click on any item to view its details.  
• If you would like to bid on an item, please leave a comment (link for comments is under each picture) with your name and the amount you are bidding.  You do NOT have to sign in or register to leave a comment.  Simply choose Anonymous.  If you are choosing Anonymous in order to forego signing in, you must leave your name with your bid so we know who you are.  When leaving a comment, you must hit the "Publish" button  in order to make your comment visible to us.
• If you would like to place an anonymous bid, you can email us at prosperdentiststaff@gmail.com with your name and bid, and we will place it for you as "Anonymous".  Please include the description of the item you are bidding on since many of the items are similar.
•  If you have questions about an item or would like more details, you can email us at prosperdentiststaff@gmail.com.
• Bidding closes at 12:00 NOON on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2012.  Items can be picked up at our office between 12:00-3:00pm that day, or between 7:30am-3:00pm Wednesday, February 15.  Payment is due at time of pick up.  Cash, check or credit card.
• If you are the winner of a service (pet sitting, massage, business consulting), an appointment will be made with the provider of that service.
• IF YOU ARE NOT A PATIENT OF RECORD IN OUR OFFICE, we do not have your contact information and will need a way to get in touch with you in the event that you win an item.  Please contact us at prosperdentiststaff@gmail.com to let us know how to reach you.
• When you email us at prosperdentiststaff@gmail.com, please use Silent Auction as the subject of your email so we can easily distinguish it from other business correspondence.
